Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Acceptance
By using MailU you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
MailU provides free, temporary, receive-only email inboxes on a best-effort basis. Inboxes and their contents may be deleted at any time: automatically on expiry, or earlier for maintenance, abuse prevention, or capacity reasons. Never use MailU for anything you cannot afford to lose.
Acceptable use: you must NOT
- Use MailU for fraud, impersonation, phishing, or to evade bans you earned.
- Register accounts elsewhere that you intend to recover later (addresses are disposable by design).
- Send spam through third parties referencing MailU addresses, or otherwise bring the domain into disrepute.
- Attempt to read other users' inboxes, overload the service, or circumvent rate limits.
- Use the service for unlawful content or purposes under applicable law.
We may rate-limit, block, or remove inboxes that violate these rules.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Email delivery on the internet is best-effort; we do not guarantee that every message sent to a MailU address will arrive, or arrive intact.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailU and its operators are not liable for any damages, lost data, lost opportunities, or consequential harm arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
